National Crime Agency (NCA).

It has been announced by the Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, that the NCA will conduct a special operation - to investigate the prevalence of under age sexual abuse across the country. There are increasing fears in government that this is far more prevalent than previously thought possible. In addition the prime minister has also announced the setting up of a national Public Inquiry into the issue, with statutory powers to compel witnesses to comply with evidence on oath. This will be set up as soon as possible and definitely by the autumn. It’s beyond question a national scandal that many previous governments have completely ignored and neglected. This abuse has mainly occurred by men of Parkistani origin, acting in gangs in northern towns like: Rochdale, Sheffield, Salford and Manchester - against white working class young girls - some as young as 11. This issue cannot be - swept under the carpet any longer.
