Enemy in the Woods.

 Last night on BBC Two we had a poignant and distressing look - behind the scenes in Ukraine: Enemy in the Woods. It followed a group of young men, some only 19 years old discussing the war. One chap had been a painter and hoped to become a van driver. It made you so conscience of - how this war has eaten into the very fabric of Ukrainian society. Ordinary lives turned upside down by the Russian invasion in February 2022. One big problem for Putin, is - how to explain to the Russian people the failure of the security services to see the attack on Friday evening coming? Apparently the US government had informed their Embassy in Moscow to be alert to the possibility of a terrorist attack. Putin isn't politically safe.
