Misinformation.

 The rumour mill of misinformation has began. Russia media and the Kremlin are claiming that - Ukraine is in some way or other involved in the terrorist attack on Friday evening. They needless to say haven't provided any collaborative evidence - just asserted the idea. No doubt there will be more such claims as the days go by. Ukraine has dismissed the assertion as patently false, bogus and untrue, but the claims continue.
