The BBC has lost all credibility.

Lucy Adams the head of HR at the BBC was the hapless executive in the spot light in front of the Public Accounts Committee at the House of Commons yesterday. She didn't do herself or the BBC any credit. She was clearly out of her depth and had been promoted above her ability. Margaret Hodge was the ferocious defender of the public purse, and got her teeth in this naïve person. How can these over inflated sums be paid out to top bosses above what they deserve? This is cronyism of - you scratch my back I'll scratch yours - its a disgrace. The licence fee is rapidly becoming an untenable method of  paying for BBC programmes. This on top of the Savile scandal is an indication of a dysfunctional organisation out of control. Without public support the BBC cannot get money from the public who are finding it hard to make ends meet financially. Unless things change very rapidly its - goodnight auntie.
