Afua Kyel, is the chief financial officer at the Bank of England for the last few years. Its outstanding result and the football pundit Ian Wright and the actor Idris Elba are also there. This annual celebration of achievement in the black community on the nation stage is important. It acts as a positive role model for other - especially young black people in Britain, that the - glass ceiling can be broken.
