In Paris many world leaders will be present today at the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral after a - magnificent rebuilding project that took over five years to complete. Macron, is rightly proud of what his fellow French craftsmen and women have achieved, bringing the medieval building back to glory. Some have suggested - paradoxical the burning was a blessing in disguise - as it’s now cleaner and even more magnificent than it was before. This event might give the beleaguered Macron, some breathing space as his popularity plunges off a cliff edge. Many in France are wanting him to step down because of this national malaise and political crisis in the country.
