On YouTube there is a fascinating interview with Noel Gallagher - Icons about how Oasis started all those years ago. He talked about the creative process - always in the spring, in the mourning and before lunch. Why - he has no idea, but it works for him. Today, the idea that 5 working class boys from a Manchester council estate making it into the big time - is absurd and ridiculous. It requires 10,000 hours to make a successful career in anything. As Noel said "what else would I do"? He was the inspiring magician, who created so many great and memorable songs and tunes. Completely untrained professionally, but successful nevertheless.
