President Zelensky, of Ukraine has said he wants to be able to use some of the long range missiles to hit targets inside Russia. On the other hand - president Putin, has warned the West and in particular - Britain and the US - this would be a dangerous escalation of the war. Is Putin bluffing, or should Biden and Starmer, be worried? We are entering another winter in Ukraine and the temperature will drop to well below zero. The electricity infrastructure has been badly damaged in many parts of the country and the troops and people are exhausted. What is the next step in this long attrittional war?
