Giving up.

 Spain has largely given up on manufacturing jobs and is devoting itself to mainly - tourism. It's becoming a vast theme park and the natives are revolting against - this invasion of so many unwelcome guests. This has been a warning to the rest of the EU not to follow down this dangerous path. When manufacturing jobs go it's not easy to replace them. Skills are lost and a community infrastructure goes with it. We have seen that here in Britain - in places where coal mining was king, but not any longer. So deindustrialisation should be carefully considered, before unwise action is taken.
