On YouTube there is an interesting series called Modern Vision - where political figures are interviewed at length. Recently Dominic Cummings, of Vote Leave and advisor to Boris Johnson - was on for almost 2 hours. He railed against to dysfunctional state of Whitehall and it's moribund systemic culture. It's according to him, impossible to change the status quo. There are so many forces working to obviate fundamental change.
