The Supreme Court ruling by 6/3 has given the former president Trump immunity from prosecution when performing - official duties in his role as president. This decision places Trump and a other future president above the law - a king in other words or potential dictator. This is an extraordinary unwise and stupid ruling. It's gives - carte blanche to the holder of the role to rule with no check or balance. Imagine a future where a deranged occupant wanted to have - murdered a political opponent? This is an unsafe ruling by the court.
