Polling day is here.

Some years ago the then prime minister Jim Callaghan said about the general election that he was "going around stiring up apathy". It feels a bit the same this time with 'knobs on'. Apart from the two terrible terrorist attacks in Manchester and London this has been a very dull affair. JC has managed to get his troops out, but May has been preaching to the converted. My prediction is a Conservative majority of between 40 and 50 seats. JC will not be dismissed as the Labour leader and will continue for the next few years. Thank god the election is now over until 2022.
