The BBC has lost all credibility.

In 6 January 2021 there was a generally accepted point of  view that the disturbances on that day were a serious clash between the police officers and the - strong supporters of Mr Trump. He was soon to be the ex- president to Joe Biden, who had won the election in November 2020. However his ardent supporters, didn’t accept the results and they were angry. The results were later that day to be ratified by Congress and required the signature of the vice president, Mike Pence. The build up to the event was marked, by serious clashes between the authorities and the Mega supporters. Trump says at the rally close by “fight like hell”. However the following footage of the event was - spliced and diced, in such a way - that made his speech look like the cause of the insurrection. It was then shown worldwide on BBC News. This egregious betrayal of the trust we place in the BBC - must be addressed urgently. The culture secretary, Lisa Nandy should now have the incident properly investigated and report back to parliament as soon as possible. The director general Tim Davie, has lost any credibility he once had and should be sacked, if he dosen’t resign.
