Increasingly in the war in Ukraine - the Russians are using drones to attack civilians. This is a nightmare scenario for the population isn’t in the battlefield, but are seen as part of the war and collateral damage. There are suggestions that they are being used as - target practice for training new Russia recruits. If true this could mean a war crime. This is a desperate situation both for the civilians and soldiers in Ukraine. How very depressing. This was well explained on Channel 4 News tonight.
