Migrants on the coast near Calais, have an absolute conviction - that just across the English Channel, some 20 miles away is a - modern day El Dorado. Nothing can persuade them otherwise. Moreover on TicTock they are shown videos of - the good life in England and how prosperous previous migrants are now doing. It’s as if they have been given a special drug - that dismisses any apparent reality. Of course the- leaders of this very lucrative industry want this El Dorado conviction to continue unabated. However it’s a cruel trade in human misery - which appears endless. Unless this government gets a grip on the number of illegal - migrants coming to the UK - then thy will be booted out in 2029 by Reform and Nigel Farage.
