So we have a black female leader of the Conservative Party. Labour on the other hand have had no female leader and no black one. Does Keir Starmer, have a blind spot? There is considerable unrest in the party according to The Guardian today - about the lack of ethnic minorities represented in senior positions in the party. The Conservative Party have a number of senior front bench politicians - doing very well. They also have in the organisation a - unit dealing with multi- ethnic representation. The Leader Party do not. Why? Unless this issue is addressed urgently - there will be trouble at the ballot box.
