The rat race.

Down at the Palace of Varieties - they say a week in politics is a long time. So it feels like an eternity the - rat race to become the next Conservative leader. At this stage of the race only Conservative MP's can vote on their preferred leader. So on Tuesday - Tom Tugenhart, got kicked off the ticket. And now the apparent one to beat was James Cleverly, as he topped the poll. However by a - sudden change of direction James Cleverly, came last after Robert Jenrick and Kemi Badenoch. As has been said before about James Cleverly, he has a very pleasant wife. What went wrong? Some have suggested - black arts - at work. Votes were 'leant' to James Cleverly, to be switched to another candidate. So today we have in the lead Kemi Badenoch, followed by Robert Jenrick. The only positive thing to say about him is - he has a very decent wife, but is that a good enough reason to vote for this vacuous creep? Now the constituency members will have a vote - between these two and the vote declared on 2 November. They always say - 'you don't want to know how sausages are made'. Just so with this eternal process. My money, as I've said before is on Kemi Badenoch, as the ultimate winner. Robert Jenrick, is Liz Truss, in trousers. An idiot - with too much hubris, too much narcissism and too little intelligence.
