Are you getting enough sleep?

 There is an increasing body of empirical evidence to suggest a - causal correlation between - sleep deprivation and cardiovascular disease. The latest research from Beijing University, after considering many patients and their sleep patterns - concluded - less than 7 hours was a problem. There is if sleep deprivation continues over a protracted time increased physiological negative effects. Things like increased high blood pressure, irritability, smoking and drinking, obesity etc. Some have argued that this may be a contributing factor - in later life to the onset of dementia. If on the other hand, you were able to - catch up on sleep at the weekend, some of the negative effects can be reduced. So remember - a good night sleep will increase your longevity.
