The tipping point of immigration.

The latest research by the Joseph Rowntree Foundations noted that those who are less economically secure had the greatest fear of immigration. Some 72% felt they had no control of those coming into the country. This is an important finding and helps explain why so many voted for Brexit. Moreover there was also a correlation regarding voting intentions and fears associated with mass changes in culture and identity. Its crucial that politicians and policy makers pay attentions to these anxieties and don't try to sweep them under the political carpet, otherwise the disenfranchised will dramatically react.
