Let them eat porridge.
So says the hapless Tory toff lady Jenkin's at the launch of the report into investigation of Poverty and Hunger in Britain today. This antediluvian attitude reeks of class prejudice and grass ignorance for those far less fortunate than themselves. The Tory Party is bedeviled by such a lack of compassion, and this is only the start of an attack of the poor that a new government will start after May 2015 - if that managed to get their dirty hands once more on the levers of power. Being poor was in the past seen as a consequence of an unfair society, now its perceived as a lack of moral courage. This turpitude is to be abhorred by all citizens with any feeling for their fellow man. Whatever happen in this so called Christian country to the good Samaritan? He is dead like to many other noble causes in the benighted, uncivilized and uncharitable land.
