Stand on your own two feet.
The old adage is true standing is very good for your health. The say its to do with the telomeres these have been liked to the end of shoe laces, where there is a small plastic cap. The same is true for the DNA at the end of the chromosome sequence or run is the telomeres. So protecting them protects life itself - there are many ways to do this - but the cheapest way and most efficient is to stand up more not less. This apparently keeps them fit and well. Of course there are other things like weight, diet, smoking, drinking too much (you know who you are) diabetes, exercise and a barrage of other things we know that we should or should not do, but don't. So take care of those end of sequences in the DNA the important telomeres.
