It wasn't exactly a big surprise that The Democrat National Convention in Chicago last night - nominated Kamala Harris, as the Democratic Party - person to beat Trump, in November. There has been this week a delirious, tub thumping celebrations that - Joe Biden, isn't on the ticket. Had this not been the case, the Democratic Party would be feeling seriously anxious and depressed. Now the real work starts - of knocking on doors, posting leaflets and ringing voters - in order to drag them across the line. They won't be short of cash as over the last few weeks a staggering $500 million - has been raised to fill the bank account.
