President Joe Biden, has finally decided not to seek re-election to be President in November. This was a decision long expected - after a disastrous television debate last month with Trump - where he couldn't form a logical sentence. Biden has supported Kamala Harris, as his replacement. The vice president doesn't have an untarnished record in the role and some Democrats are sceptical she can beat Donald Trump. We now have weeks of uncertainty until the November election. Will it be Harris or Trump?
