Why are the Oscars nominees all White?

With the first black president one might have supposed that we had - to use the term Obama loved so much when running for office that we had - "turned the page". Apparently not all the 20 nominees for the Oscars in 2015 are white. Cannot black actors act? This deep rooted racism at we see each day in the police across America is again shown by the academy. Their spokesperson Cheryl Boone (black) has like the US cavalry come to the rescue. No matter how we dice and slice this issue there is only one rational conclusion and that is racism is rampant and pervasive in Hollywood today. So that red carpet will only have black blood on it, but no blacks going for a gong.
When we consider the last few months across the states, where so many blacks have been murder by the police, that no one flagged up this prosperous and outrageous situation? Shame on the academy and is mainly white members. Its just another example, as if one was necessary, of the state of the states.
