Rochester and Strood by election.

Will this be the day that the UKip bandwagon stalls or really gets up speed to disrupt the possibility of a Conservative government in May 2015? The stakes are very high, and there are rumours that there are at least two more Conservatives waiting to see the outcome in order to decide whether they should jump ship. The Labour Party cannot be sanguine where there is a distinct possibility that their poll will be very low. The Lib/Dems will be massacred. What can we determine from all this hot air? The duopoly of the old guard is now dead. Its similar to the old supermarket scene that has broken down with shoppers being much more promiscuous in there allegiances. We have seen over the recent past that the new boys on the block Lidl and Aldi have broken the mould of shopping. I now hardly go into Tesco and shop mainly in Waitrose and Lidl. The wine at Lidl is fantastic value. I bought today a fine bottle of Chianti for £4.79 - that would have cost double that in Tesco. If this pattern is replicated into politics then all debts are off and we shall increasingly see more coalition government either of the right or left.
