Another beheading by Islamic States (IS).

We learn of another horrific barbaric and medieval beheading of a freelance US citizen Steven Scotloff by IS. This is the second American following James Foley last weeks grim death. They also have an English journalist captive plus another 20 or so international reporters. Some have accused Cameron of a 'flaccid' reaction to this crisis in the Middle East. He has no policy and is in the same 'leaky boat' as Obama. The two men have apparently lost their way in this miasma. They both appear to occupy an Alice in Wonderland world. Obama said last week "we don't have a policy" at the moment on IS, Syria and Iraq. Well its time to develop one and pretty quickly - lets hope that Wales be there Rubicon.
