The Museums That Make Us.

 There is a series of programmes on BBC Sounds that are in the true Reithian tradition, entitled The Museums That Make Us. They are introduced by the brilliant polymath Neil MacGregor, previously the director of The British Museum. If you want to be uplifted, then this educational programme is for you. Museums should reflect the identity and ambitious of the locality in which they are found. The range of places is enormous - from Birmingham to the Hepworth art gallery in Wakefield.
