Silivo Berlusconi.

 The infamous and louche prime minister of Italy Silivo Berlusconi has died aged 86. He was the longest serving postwar prime minister, but will largely be remembered for his outlandish behaviour and bonga bonga parties, where many scantily dressed young women would attend. People outside of Italy considered him a clown and bafoon and didn't understand his popularity. Some have suggested he prefigured politicians like Trump and Johnson.
