Michael Gove.

 Michael Gove, is a politician who has been in government for most of the last 13 years. He was adopted when only 4 months old by his Aberdeen father and mother. His father ran a successful fish business in the town. He was a much loved child and had a younger deaf adopted sister. He went up to Oxford and read English. During his time there, he met a fellow political traveller Boris Johnson. In 2016 Gove famously, stabed Boris in the back regarding the leadership of the party after David Cameron, stood down as prime minister.
